Whether you’re training for an event, wish to achieve a particular body shape or would like guidance and support in taking control of your own health and fitness, we offer personalised training programmes between 4-24 weeks to suit your lifestyle and objectives.

Following a health-screening and goal-setting consultation, we can offer training programmes as either an online, self- administered programme, or a supervised programme that supports, encourages and motivates you every step of the way.
